Heonilleung Royal Tomb houses the tombs of King Taejong, the 3rd king of the Joseon dynasty, and King Sunjo, the 23rd king of the Joseon dynasty. Both tombs are located about 400 meters from each other at the foot of Mt. Daemosan.

Maeheon Citizens’ Forest, formerly Yangjae Citizens’ Forest is a public park located in the neighborhood of Yangjae-dong in southern Seoul. In 1980, the land where the park today is located was acquired through the Gaepo-dong Land Arrangement Plan. The goal of this plan was to beautify the city and provide a pleasant recreation area for the citizens of Seoul. Three years later, in 1983, construction on the park began and continued for three years. In November, 1986, Maeheon Citizens’ Forest was unveiled to the public, just in time for the 1986 Asian Games and 1988 Seoul Olympics.

Garak Mall, formerly Garak Market, is a large public wholesale market that sells a large selection of meats, fresh and cheap seafood, and fruits and vegetables. This large market, which opened in 1985, measures in at 543,451 square meters (5,849,657 square feet).
Jamsil Baseball Stadium
Jamsil Baseball Stadium was the first baseball stadium in Korea which hosted the Baseball World Cup and baseball games during the 1988 Summer Olympics. The stadium was opened in 1982 and is located at the Jamsil Sports Complex. It has an official capacity of 27,000.

Lotte World is an entertainment area with the largest indoor theme park in the world, an outdoor amusement park, mall, hotel, museum, and ice skating rink.
Starfield COEX Mall
Starfield COEX Mall is a large underground shopping center located south of the Han river in the World Trade Center Seoul complex in the Samseong-dong neighborhood. At over 85,000 square meters (914,000 square feet) it is the largest underground shopping center in Asia.
