The 1330 Korea Travel Hotline is a telephone hotline that has been created to help international tourists while traveling in Seoul and in South Korea. The 24 hour hotline is operated for free by the Korea Tourism Organization.
When tourists call 1330, they will be connected to multilingual operators. These operators can help you with any questions you may have about tourism in Seoul including sights and attractions, food and restaurants, transportation and getting around, directions, complaints, or communicating with those who only speak Korean.
Languages spoken are Korean, English, Japanese, and Chinese. The service is free but charges from calling may apply.
When in Korea, dial 1330 from a telephone. From a cellphone, dial (Area Code)-1330. When calling from abroad, dial 82-(Area Code)-1330.
